Important Notes - Maximum occupancy: 10 guests - No parties or events - No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks. Smoking permitted around fire pit only. - No fireworks - Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval) Getting Here The property is located on Carter Mountain, road access is a mix of paved and gravel, and the mountain road is steep both going up and coming down. SUVs or trucks are strongly recommended. The drive up is part of the experience and the views at the top make it worth every turn. Internet & Connectivity The Indigo Perch has fast, reliable fiber internet through Pine Telephone. AT&T cell customers will have strong reception on the mountain. (Other carriers may vary in rural mountain areas.) Security Cameras For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entry and rear/back patio area. Cameras are outward-facing and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access. There are no cameras inside the home. Pet Policy Dogs are welcome with prior approval. - Up to 2 dogs per stay (less than 50 lbs) - $150 flat fee per dog per stay - Unapproved pets: $300 penalty per pet Fees & Penalties - Over-occupancy: $300 per guest over max - Unapproved pets: $300 per pet
